Nicole is an exceptional real-estate agent, who goes well beyond the call of duty of an agent. As we worked with Nicole to get our house on the market, we moved across the country. On our first visit with Nicole as our agent, she was more than prepared with extensive knowledge about our neighborhood, comps to use for our home, what selling price range we would be at, and held more open houses than any agent we have ever seen. After our house was on the market for about a month, we had an unexpected water line break in our kitchen that led to virtually a total home renovation due to the water damage that spanned from the kitchen to several other rooms. Although this was a stressful ordeal to handle while trying to sell our home while now living across the country, Nicole mitigated this difficult situation and took the initiative on handling the home renovation, and eased our stress significantly. This became a complex project, of which, Nicole served as not only our real estate agent but as a project manager for the home renovations. She provided recommendations on vendors and subcontractors to use and used her expertise on carpet, tile, granite, quartz, etc., and other design decisions we had to make throughout the process. She maintained an open line of communication with us almost daily, and provided updates regarding the renovation work with pictures, videos, and even used FaceTime with us to update us on the progress. We could describe many more reasons why we would highly recommend Nicole as your real estate agent, but the way she went above and beyond her role as an agent for us, truly shows not only the caliber of agent she is but also the type of person she is. Although we hired Nicole as a realtor, we ended up with a great friend as well.
